After some quiet months, Le Hibou Fringant is back to work for his first event in Scotland, at the Portsoy Boat Festival on the 24th and 25th of june !! On a little stall on the harbour shore.
Après quelques mois de silence, le Hibou Fringant reprend du service et sera présent au Portsoy Boat Festival, en Ecosse, le samedi 24 et dimanche 25 juin !!
